Bio
Brian C. Miles, Sr. is the Managing Attorney of BC Miles Law Group and a Co-Founder of the Miles family of companies. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Brian began his career in public service as a legislative aide before serving as a district director. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.

As Managing Attorney, Brian and his team help families with everything from simple wills and revocable living trusts to sophisticated tax-saving strategies, charitable remainder trusts, asset protection, business succession planning, and estate administration. He represents high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and owners of closely held businesses who need thoughtful, strategic legal guidance tailored to their unique goals.

Brian is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and his boxer, Dakota, cheering on his favorite sports teams, playing golf, reading, and traveling.
