Nichelle Riggs is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Miles Financial Group, where she leads firm operations and oversees the client experience. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in aerospace engineering and program management, she brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to execution, operational excellence, and consistency across the organization.

Nichelle holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering, along with UCLA Extension certificates in Systems Engineering and Project Management. Her engineering background enables her to translate complex processes into clear, efficient systems that enhance the experience of every family MFG serves.

A North Orange County resident, wife, and mother of two, Nichelle is guided by her faith through Friendship Baptist Church of Yorba Linda and by the firm's core values of faith, family, and education. She is passionate about building systems and experiences that allow both clients and team members to thrive.
